The importance of designs

Designs are everywhere, and while tastes might change, decisions are often made on the basis of how something looks.

Calling all current and future clients! Join Zacco for a late afternoon of drinks, a light meal and interesting insight into the impact of design rights on a growing portfolio.  Close to the start of Copenhagen’s famous design festival, we will explore the new EU design regulations and dispel some of the general myths around design registration and protection.

We will also introduce practical use cases for design rights in everything from protecting the look and feel of a product, to customs seizures and anti-counterfeiting, to supporting infringement actions for a range of other IP rights.

The event will take place on Wednesday 18^th June from 15:00, at the beautiful rooftop of the Djøf building, overlooking the Botanical Gardens, Kongens Have and Rosenborg Slot.

At around 17:30 we will then move to the roof terrace where drinks and finger food will be served, after which the venue will remain open until 21:00 ensuring plenty of time to network, mingle, and enjoy the beautiful evening view over Copenhagen.
